Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. We offer limited refunds and only in specific cases outlined below.

Digital Products

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, it is considered non-refundable. This is because digital goods cannot be returned, and access to the product cannot be revoked.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchase, or if you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at contact@howtoai.pro. We will do our best to resolve the issue or offer a refund if appropriate.

Exceptions

We may offer a refund only under the following conditions:

  • You purchased the same product multiple times by mistake

  • You were charged incorrectly or experience a billing error

  • You can demonstrate that the product is defective or cannot be accessed despite reasonable troubleshooting

Please note: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or dissatisfaction after the product has been accessed or downloaded.

EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day cancellation period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive — provided you have not accessed or downloaded the product. Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, your right to withdraw is waived.
